Email addresses (or whole domains) can be marked as trusted, in which case all emails from that source are accepted, whatever their content. Alternatively, addresses and domains can be added to your own personal blacklist - useful for those mailing lists that you once joined, but where unsubscribing has become a problem. dSPAM can also be set to reject emails with different types of suspicious HTML content. These exploits include the Iframes and rogue ActiveX controls that can be used to attack your computer, and the in-line images that can be used to identify your email address as live to the spammers. dSPAM works with all POP3 email clients, such as Outlook Express, Outlook and Eudora.
