The Meedio HouseBot server is available for the Microsoft Windows platforms only. The Meedio HouseBot server runs on a Windows capable computer running one of the operating systems listed above. The system must be allowed to run continuously for effective automation. The minimum recommended hardware platform is 200mhz CPU, 128 Meg Memory. However, the actual hardware requirements will depend on how extensively the system is configured. Software remotes (clients) run on Windows or Windows CE/Pocket PC capable machines. Software remotes are NOT required to run the HouseBot server. Recommended memory for all WinCE systems is 32 Meg. However, the actual memory requirement will be dictated by the number of panels in the client theme and the size of the bitmap images that are used to makeup the screen elements. What can it control?
