group@work contacts is a COM-Add-In for Microsoft Outlook® 2000 and later that allows the sharing of a MS Outlook® contact folder without the need of installing extra-software like MS Exchange-Server® or a dedicated server-software. group@work contacts is totally embedded in Outlook® so that the users can continue working with contacts without any difference.
Users still can add, modify or delete contacts as usual and all the changes made are synchronized to all participating workstations in definable intervals.
Users can store centralized contacts in a different MS Outlook® contact folder to keep private contacts separated. group@work contacts in standard version uses an Microsoft Access® Database (included) for storing centralized contacts allowing all users to synchronize with this database.
An SQL-Version for most popular RDBMS-Systems is also available separately. group@work contacts is licensed on a per-user-basis starting at 5 users with a five-user interval (5, 10, 15, 20,... users).
