This is the commercial version of LogAgent 5.0.
LogAgent has the ability to monitor almost any ASCII log file (only known exception to date, IIS) and the Event Viewer logs in real-time, and you have the option to send the output to the printer, a remote share on a server, or to a LogIDS console.
You can also specify NULL directories for greater flexibility.
This version offers built-in analysis capabilities similar to LogIDS (allowing for distributed analysis), can be run as a Windows service to run in the background (registered copies only) and can include the SIDTk modules when running as a service, making it ideal for deployment on production networks.
This is probably the best way to run the SIDTk modules, since LogAgent 5.0 Pro will also take care of locking the config files. A must have for Windows network administrators concerned about security. Ships also with a Single License to unlock the ability to run as a service for your hosts.
